There is one double bedroom available in this well maintained 8 bed property in the heart of Jesmond, just off Osbourne Road. I was originally moving into this gorgeous house, but my chances of returning to Uni this year are not looking good so I can't commit myself. All tenants are students aged 19-22 studying various subjects including fashion and geography and are looking forward to welcoming someone new into the house!

Located just 20 minutes walk from the city centre; Jesmond, if you do not know already is Newcastle's prime place to live if you are a student or young professional. Osbourne road has a strip of bars hosting consecutive happy hours and you have all the local ammenities you could ask for and more.

The house comes fully furnished and consists of 8 double bedrooms, with a very large living room and a separate large kitchen/dining area. There are 3 bathrooms. Apologies for the rather messy state of the house in the pictures, these are the photos from when we viewed the house ourselves.

ALL bills are included, including broadband as well as a weekly cleaner. There is a wall mounted flat screen TV in the living room.
