I'm moving with work and am looking for another professional to share the flat with 2 friendly teachers. The house is in a great location in Jesmond (10 minute walk into town) and has off street parking. Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen/living room, utility room and toilet. The bedrooms are upstairs along with the main bathroom (which includes a bath, separate walk-in shower and toilet). The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed. There is also a good sized patio are at the back of the house.
The rent includes gas, electricity, water and wifi broadband with only council tax extra. The landlord is a private landlord so there are no agency fees either!
