The house is located on Osborne Avenue in Jesmond & is close to local shops & public transport.

The downstairs has been designed with open plan living in mind, hence it is a very sociable space, the lounge area, dining area & kitchen have all been opened up. It has a 60" plasma tv, all sky channels and 20mb wireless broadband.

All housemates are professionals, aged between 22 and 29 and mixed gender.

The rent varies depending on the room. The price range is £400 - £450 per calender month & fixed bills are £40 and gas and electric when it is due. The last gas and electric was £10. Bills are owner managed, therefore no need to worry about setting up bills.

There are no agencies involved or agency fees to pay. Also, there is no administration fee to pay.
