The room is fully furnished with carpet, rugs, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table with lamps. The room is quite big in size and houses a double bed. The room has its own tv which is connected to its own TiVo box so this can be used for watching up to 170 channels in your own privacy.

House location

Located in the Kenton area of the city with three local bus services to the city centre every ten minutes. The street I live on is very quiet with elderly and middle aged neighbours living close by. Access to the A1, Gosforth and the metro system is close by within walking distance.

Rent details

Rent includes all bills including virgin TV in your own room. wireless broadband, fuel, council tax, water and tv licence.

House facilities

In the kitchen there is a gas oven, large freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and others..

Other details

This Is a family home and I am the only other resident. I have a pet cat , two tortoises and tanks of fish. So I must find someone who likes animals. I am a clean person so I need to find someone respectful and responsible. I am the sort of person who likes peace and quiet so I would prefer a similar person. Please note if you are a smoker please do not apply.
