It is fully furnished and communal areas are kept in order by the cleaner that I employ.

Good parking around the property, there is a bus stop within a minutes walk from door step, generally previous tenants have been doctors or nurses due to the convenience to the two local hospitals. It is 2 mins walk to the famous Saltwell park and local gym with Low fells shops and restaurants 5 mins walk.
