It is fully furnished and communal areas are kept in order by the cleaners who come once a week, which is included in the rent.
There is a large, comfortable living room with open plan adjoining kitchen with French doors leading to the large back yard.

Wifi and all the other normal bills are included.

Good parking around the property, there is a bus stop within a minutes walk from door step, generally previous tenants have been doctors or nurses due to the convenience to the two local hospitals. It is not far from the famous Saltwell park with Low fells shops and restaurants 5 mins walk. Buses into Newcastle city centre are frequent.
