I have a well furnished double room available in my own home. I will be working away from home Mon - Friday, returning at weekends. Anything considered i. e. Mon to Fri, short term, couples or occasional partner staying and rates will be adjusted accordingly. The room itself is a good size double fully furnished to a high standard, all bills included, i. e. gas electric council tax broadband even landline telephone calls in u. k. Also all plates, cutlery toiletries, bedding etc. Basically this will be more like staying in a hotel than renting a room. The house itself is a 3 bedroom semi detached with large private back garden, also front garden and off street parking, the third bedroom is not rented out and is currently used as an ironing room or occasional guest bedroom. The house has been refurbished and has a newly fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer, also the bathroom is fully tiled and incorporates both a double shower and very large triangular bath and has under floor heating. There is a dining room with french doors opening out to the rear garden and a sitting room with ample seating and a TV. I have 3 friendly cats who live mainly in the utility room but if this would cause a problem I do have somewhere else they can stay. The house is located near a large parkland area and is within 3 miles of Newcastle city centre, just 5 minutes off the A1 about 10 minutes from the airport, and has shops, super markets and all major bus routes within walking distance. It is on a quiet resident only street but if there is anything I've missed or if you have any questions - just ask.
