Hello My name is Sarah Jane, I am looking for a new flat mate, as my previous one has just left for a new job in London after 3 super years. The property is ideally situated in Heaton, close to all local ameneties, with a good selection of near by coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. There is fantastic transport links to all over the North East with regular bus service and Chillingham Road Metro Station near by, however on a nice day you could easily walk in to Jesmond or the City Centre. I currently live at the property and I am very easy going,
