Hello, I am looking for a housemate. Due to abandonment by my currenty house mate for a New Job in Leeds.

One Double room is available in my warm homely lovely home.
I am the proud owner of the Comfiest sofa you will ever loaf on.
Gin is always in stock in my house as well as the occasional bottle of Prosecco. I work hard Monday to Friday and generally enjoy a Gin of a weekend.

Rent is monthly , all bills included. YES EVERYTHING. I have internet, Sky Tv etc etc.
Free parking (on the street)
My house is 5 mins drive from town or ten mins on the bus - the bus stop is approximately 80- seconds walk from the front door.

5 mins walk from Asda and 30 seconds walk from the corner shop

you're looking at about £6 home in a blue line taxi after a night out.

My house is two bedroom as well as a dressing room ( which Im happy to share)
Ample kitchen and an open plan Kitchen / dining room.

Also have conservatory as well as front and back Garden. ( excellent for the one day a year it is sunny and I ahve a BBQ)

There is stupid ammount of storage in my house which you are able to use (no hoarders though please)

Additional perks:
I am an excellent cook and generally cook for those who live with me and thier friends
I drive and have a car and am happy to provide lifts to those who ask nicely
