We are looking for a housemate to share our lovely home in sunny Sidney Grove in Fenham. We have a medium-sized double room becoming available in June, for six-months or more. The house is beautiful, well decorated and spacious and we have a nice landlord. There is a large open plan kitchen/dining area and a comfy living room. There is also a spare/guest room. We have a small garden at the front, a nice back yard and on-street parking. Tennis courts and parks are located at the end of the street. Our location is convenient for the hospitals and the town centre Universities. The rent is exclusive of bills which are about £85pcm.
Professional, female, non-smoker preferred but not essential.
