I have a light airy attic room with double bed to let in my early Victorian town house in Summerhill Square in central Newcastle for three months or thereabouts from May 1 as my current lodger is spending the summer abroad. The rent (£400 per calendar month) includes all bills and a cleaner and shared bathroom , kitchen and two sitting rooms. There is reliable wifi and ample street parking space.
