I am sub letting out this nice large room in my 2 bed flat.

Located not far from the city centre (5-10 mins by car/bus, 15-20 mins by bike) and with plenty of local amenities (Supermarkets, Costa, transport links etc).

- Virgin TV
- Spotify Premium

Also there is a nice kitchen with everything you could need including a washer and dryer.

(The room already has Virgin + broadband installed and ready to use)

PLEASE NOTE that the room is currently unfurnished however I can organise to have it furnished out no problem, price would obviously be slightly higher. Just thought I would leave open the option for somebody to choose there own bed etc.

Well im very laid back and can get on with just about anyone. Very sociable but also always extremely busy with different things so if you are somebody who is just looking for somewhere decent that you can have your own space and privacy and come and go whenever you want that is totally fine.

I DJ at clubs and parties quite a bit (very rarely bring people back to mine!) and also make music at home. Sound really shouldnt be a problem as I have a good set of headphones and NEVER have my speakers on after 10 but it would be nice to have someone who appreciates music etc
