How would you like to live in a superb penthouse apartment on Quayside, overlooking the Tyne? It is just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Newcastle and if the weather’s bad there’s even a bus every 10 minutes.

The flat has all the necessary appliances – dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, Broadband and 50 inch Sony Bravia TV with surround sound as well as Sky+

We have the weekly services of a cleaner, (being tidy and respectful also helps!)

There is good security with telephone access facilities operating within the flat and CCTV in the adjacent areas.

Quayside is a fantastic location with many bars and restaurants (Pitcher and Piano, The Broad Chare) close by. There is also the benefit of low cost parking, Tesco Metro is less than 10 minutes walk and Morrisons is only 2 minutes in the car.

The calendar month cost is £495, this includes Service Charges, Council Tax, Water, Cleaner, Broadband, TV/Sky. The only extra is electricity which is shared across the 3 of us.

My flatmate Rebecca and I are keen to find to someone to move in who is fun, doesn't spend too much time in their room and is sociable.
