Double room to rent in modern quayside apartment

Modern double bedroom available to rent in beautiful 2 bedroom quayside apartment.

My current flatmate is moving out at the end of September and I am looking for somebody to take on half of the tenancy with me.

The flat is very modern and comprises a spacious lounge / kitchen area (fully furnished), bathroom and 2 double bedrooms. My bedroom is en-suite which means you will have almost sole use of the main bathroom.

The available bedroom (shown in picture) is very light and airy and comes with double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers, with room to add more furniture if desired.

I am a 30 year old professional looking for a female, non-smoking, neat and tidy flatmate (sorry, no students). I enjoy keeping fit and socialising but also like to have my own quiet space sometimes and respect this with other people too.

Rent is £325pcm plus bills (generally an additional £100-£120 per month). Room will be free from the end of September. Please note that rental is through an agency who will require one month's rent as a deposit and standard fees for referencing / drawing up a new contract.
