Large traditional house in pedestrian street right next to Heaton Park, on all bus routes for town and Uni's, 15 minutes walk from Northumberland Street and 5 from large Morrisons, 2 from Sainsburys. We are friendly when we are around but we are all out a lot and / or away some nights of the week so the room is ideal if you want somewhere fairly quiet and dont mind having the house to yourself sometimes. Double room is £280 plus £80 per month, payable with the rent, to cover all bills. Bathroom with separate shower, combi boiler, living room, kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, freezer, washer and dryer. Well decorated and furnished and wireless internet.
