Double room with en suite available

I have a spare room available in my 3 bedroom house. The room is fully furnished and decorated in a plain yet contemporary style so you can make it your home during your stay with me.
There is a garden front and rear, off road parking should you need and a shed if you need to store something like a cycle or such like. There is a cycle/running/walking path behind the house which is great if you want to go and get some space or fresh air. The coast is 5 minutes walk away.
The room looks out over fields and towards the sea and if you like wildlife there are plenty of birds come into the garden too.
For transport if you need to rely on public services, my house is less than 5 minutes walk to bus stops both into and out of Sunderland so it is easy to get to most places.
For drivers I am close to the A19 both north and southbound and A690 which leads to Durham and the A1 north and south.

My expectations for a house share is someone professional who understands the need for some chill out time after a long day at work. Someone who is not a big drinker and a pretty quiet person.

I do have a cat so you will need to like feline friends, she will keep out of your room if you don't want her there, but happily snuggle up with you if you invite her.

I'm fairly laid back and welcome someone similar who is also trustworthy and honest.
