The house is situated next to the metro (5 mins away) and bus links (1 min walk). There are shops very nearby along with takeaways and South Shields is a 10 minute bus ride away.

The room is furnished and has wooden flooring.

I have Sky TV and Broadband.

There are 2 people living in the house at the moment who both work full time in Newcastle City centre which takes approx 25 mins to get to on the Metro.

References are required due to poor tenants in the past as is a deposit of the first months rent in advance.
