This is a modern, spotless & comfortable 2 bed flat in a great location. It also has secure parking via electric roller shutter at rear of property or bay parking at the front (Never hard to get parked).
I have a single room and a double furnished room available to rent in a clean, tidy and modern flat between Westoe crown village, The South Tyneside college area and the coastal area.
Best Spot In S/Shields Great For Town/Beach/ College/Transport.
The double room is quite large - currently has 2 x triple wardrobes in :-0.
The single room is actually two adjacent rooms which I have let previous student flatmates use together as one room - one for studying and the other for sleeping. This may be negotiable, in that the dining table and chairs can be removed, if need be.
This is a non smoking property and I'd like to keep it that way, if you do smoke then it would have to be outside!
I'd prefer to take in like-minded clean, tidy & respectful people.
Oh, and on any longer term lets there is an increase of 8% after January each year.
