Due to friend moving in with girlfriend, I'd like to offer this great value flatshare to a fellow proffesional.
The flat is situated in Ashbrooke, Sunderland. Its on a private off road and its within walking distance of the town centre and University. [5 mins]
Its a spacious 1st floor flat, with 2 double bedrooms. It also has a new bathroom.
Viewing is highly recommended, as the photos are 2 months old. [need to update]
COSTS
The rent is 225 per 4 weeks and the water is included in the rent.
We would share utility and council tax bills 50% each. Theses bills are Approx 50 per 4 weeks for both.
I small deposit would need to be paid on move in. Approx 200 [ negotiable ]
