Hi, i'm not returning back to Sunderland uni so I have an ensuite bedrooms available in 4 bed house on Norfolk Street in the city centre.

The other rooms are filled by a male and a female who are going in to their second and third years at uni

The house is located in a quiet area with a close bus stop which the 700 bus stops at and goes to both city campus and St Peters campus every 15 minutes (free for students). It's walking distance to the town centre, cinema, restaurants and both university campuses.

The house itself is triple glazed and has central heating throughout

Each room has its own en-suite bathroom, a double bed, built in wardrobes, bed side tables and a desk.

The lounge and dining area consists of 2 sofas, dining and coffee tables, a washing machine and other amenities such as microwave, kettle, toaster etc

ALL BILLS INCLUDED (gas, electric, water, internet and TV license) nothing else to pay, for £88. 75 per week

Available now, tenancy to end on June 30th 2015
