I am looking to rent out my spare room it's not furnished but I am willing to look at all options and furnish with input of people looking to rent. It is a three bedroomed house with wireless broadband and bills included. I am looking for a professional person
to rent the room available. It is close to shops and 10 minutes from city centre . Also available parking outside the property . References will be required but feel free to make an appointment to view. It's a homely and friendly and clean environment and we are easy going and there is no contract. The spare room is advertised as a single but could fit a three quarter bed into the room and also the £25 is for security checks.
