Flat mate wanted for beautifully refurbed double r
Hi there, I'm Helen, I'm 20 year old part-time student/retail worker who travels to Newcastle daily.
The flat I'm about to move in to at the end of Feb is a ground floor flat in Swan House, Ashbrooke. It's a 5 minute walk to the town centre & 10 min walk from university, immaculate refurbished on a nice street with own front door.
I'm looking for a flat mate to move into who is also a student or professional around the same age (max age 30) to move into the spare decent sized double room. It has its own bathroom (with bath).
Due to work and uni I'm rarely in the flat on a daytime most days, but I'm super friendly and fun to be around! I am however looking for someone super neat! I didn't enjoy living in halls as it was noisy all the time and so messy. Consideration for each other is key!
Flat includes: comfortable living room and open plan kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Off street parking. Own front door.
300 pcm rent to include utilities, tax and broadband.
Looking for someone to move in with me ASAP as this luxury flat comes with a luxury monthly rent I can't afford myself!
