I own a 3 bedroom mid terrace house in Wallsend but unfortunately my flatmate has moved south.

The house is on a quiet street in one of the nicest bits of Wallsend. It’s only a couple of minutes walk from the high street, metro station and park. It’s recently been renovated, although there are a few cosmetic bits that still need finishing!

The room for rent is a decent sized double, and furnished (I’ll buy a new wardrobe to replace the monstorsity in the photograph!). The rest of the house comprises of large open plan living and dining rooms, kitchen, bathroom and 2 other bedrooms (mine and a small spare room).

Rent includes all bills, broadband etc.

I’m 33, laid back and very easy to get on with. I’m new being a landlord but I’ve lived in shared houses since I came to University so I’m well house trained. I work long hours during the week so evenings are usually nice and chilled, but weekends can be a different matter…

I'm looking for someone who's tidy, a good laugh and wont mind me having an occasional moan after a bad day at work....
