Room To Let. Sunderland. Quiet Area. Coastal Views

Hello! I am looking for a gentle human to share my house and help with my mortgage. My house is in a really lovely, quiet area and I have a big garden! There is easy access to the beach (over the back wall) and miles and miles of stunning coastal path. A regular bus service into sunderland and south shields runs from the top of the street and connects directly to the metro service. When I am not working I like to stay active and am involved in local swim, music and circus groups. I do not have a TV or a licence. Your room is a small room at the back of the house with beautiful sea views. Currently unfurnished. You are free to redecorate! I will require a reference from a previous landlord and a deposit of one months rent ;)
