Hi, i have a cosy 2 bedroom house and would like to rent out one of the bedrooms on a monday to friday basis only. We use the house at weekends so you would have sole use Monday to Friday. We only use the other bedroom so you can leave belongings there for the duration.
The available bedroom is large and fully furnished. the house has a lounge, dining room and a new kitchen, bathroom recently refitted. Washing machine, off road parking and a garden/patio. Fast Broadband. Would suit someone who is working in the area but returns home at weekends and does not wish to share facilities during the week.
The house is close to TNT hq, M42, NEC, Hams Hall, oil refineries at kingsbury, ALDI hq and birch coppice industrial park.
Non smoker only. No pets or children. rentable to one person only.
There is a key holder locally during the week incase of any problems.
Quiet cul de sac in village location
There is the possibility of some weekends by negotiation for the right applicant and at additional cost.
