large double room in a 3 storey house, very friendly housemates. Close to town centre, gym, a very nice chippy and bus routes. Quiet estate, off road parking, garage available for storage. Sky t. v in front room, Wireless broadband. Recommend veiwing. Smoking allowed in the garden. We are looking for someone who is willing to help out and become part of our home. We have a dog but he is friendly and playful.

* previously wanted to let 2 rooms out but we have decided just to let 1 and have 1 spare so therefore you would have your own bathroom unless we have family or friends to stay for the weekend which has only happened twice in 3 years!
