just renovated my own place and looking for a house mate on a mon to fri let with occasional weekends.
im down to earth and love to have a laugh at the weekends, I run and own a restaurant, so I'm busy most of the time. i also have a dog a black labrador but she may or may not be there all the time.
i do smoke but that will be mostly in the conservatory.
i have tv broadband and may be able to change so you can have your own tv, the room is fully furnished and bills included.
Looking for like minded individual to share the lovely house.
