Single Room Available In A Nice 3 Bedroomed Flat

A nice single room available in a spacious 3 bedroomed flat in the Bilton area of Rugby. There are two existing flatmates who are both quiet and work full time. I am looking for someone who likes peace and quiet. The flat consists of a large living area, kitchen bathroom and lobby. There is plenty of storage and car parking outside. The single room has a single bed wardrobe and chest of drawers. The rent includes the council tax but does not include the other bills which are shared between the three flatmates. Due to problems with a previous tenant I would like a work reference, a copy of the last 2 wage slips, and if possible a reference from a previous landlord.
