Room with king size bed and lots of space

We'd like to find a considerate, friendly lady to share our much loved family home with us.

The room is in the attic of a large house with a big garden. It has bedroom, lIving room and walk in wardrobe areas. There is parking on the drive. It is a few minutes walk away from the George Eliot hospital.

The shared communal areas include: a living room with TV and log burner, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, downstairs toilet and utility room + garage. Downstairs is wheelchair accessible.

There is a workshop in the cellar which has a workbench, frost protection, water supply and lighting.

The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of is C, with a lower than average impact on the environment in terms of carbon dioxide. The upstairs and downstairs heating is zoned separately with thermostats both in the hall and on the gallery landing. The house is insulated and benefits from solar panels. There are recycling bins.

There is plenty of room to grow things organically in the summer, with raised beds in the vegetable garden, a potting shed, fruit trees and bushes scattered throughout the 150 foot long garden. There is a small wildlife pond which is a home to a family of frogs in warmer months.

An occasional cleaner does the communal areas but not private bedrooms.
