You would only be sharing the house with myself and I am out at work during the days Monday-Friday and often away at weekends so you will have plenty of space.
I have a small dog so must be animal friendly but if I'm out then he's normally with me.
The room is available from 01/07/2017 as my current lodger is moving out then.
Happy to reduce price if you would prefer Monday to Friday only.
