Rooms to rent near Warwick university.

I am a female live in landlord looking to rent out 2 rooms in my property.

Furnished single and double rooms, with wardrobe and desk, bedside cabinet to rent in a 3/4 bedroom house in the beautiful town of Kenilworth.
Close easy access to Warwick university and, links to motorways etc) 5 mins from town and local shops all within walking distance.
Plenty of history and culture, also having the castle and local parks within walking distance.
Bus stop being a few mins to many locations...leamington spa, Coventry, Warwick, universities.

I am currently updating the property and hope to have the work completed around Oct 2014 to avoid any distruption.
As a lodger you will have access to the the kitchen and bathroom, garden and storage for bike.
All gas/electric bills are included in the rent.

Before moving in I will require a deposit and 2 references. If the references are satisfactory then we can arrange a date for your move. Rent is paid in advance either directly to my bank or through PayPal if that's easier.

There is a minimum rental period which is stated on the advertisement. On leaving I require 2 months written notice.
If you are interested let me know and we can arrange for you to come and view the room once it has been completed.
