Our house has 4 bedrooms and is located in a quiet close. It is 5 minutes walk from the bus stop which serves Coventry, Leamington, Warwick, etc. We are a 10 minute drive from Warwick University (also accessible by bus or cycling).
For shops, there are convenience stores 5 minute walk away (e. g. Tesco, Dominoes, Pharmacy, etc). Kenilworth town centre is a 20 minute walk away.
The room is fully furnished (king size bed, dressing table, wardobe), and has a private bathroom (shower and toilet).
