We are looking for a professional who will be both a good housemate and tenant – considerate and respectful to other housemates and of the house. Someone who is clean and tidy and ensures they clean up after themselves.

Priced at £650 this includes all bills – council tax, gas, electricity, broadband and water as well as maintenance and including cleaning of shared areas. You pay only to use the washing machine/drier - £1-2 a wash depending on length of wash...

We have 5 properties and find that our tenants, who are generally new to the area, are looking for both the opportunity to meet new people and socialise, as well as have their own space and privacy. So, there is a living area off the kitchen and we supply garden furniture and a BBQ, providing the opportunity to have a chat and catch up over a cuppa or beer at the end of the day. The bedrooms are all fully furnished including a desk and so enough space for housemates to also enjoy their own space and privacy.

Two miles from Leamington town centre, close to Sainsbury's Local, Tesco Express and other shops, good access to Fosse Way, A45 & A46.
