2 girls looking for a housemate in leamington spa

Hey we are looking for 2 people to rent a house in leam with us. I'm Rachel, a 22 year old nursing assistant. I enjoy nights out / in during my time off but just like to chill and watch movies / read books when i have work. I have a beautiful 2 year old beagle called lola who will be living with us, she is the perfect house guest, pretty, sweet-natured, quiet and clean but also a LOT of fun!
Gemma is my 24 year old step sister, she's a lot like me in that we just want to have a laugh whether its BBQ's in the garden, a few drinks in the pub or just watching TV. We are friendly, sociable girls who want a housemate to become a real friend, although we all need our space sometimes! all we ask is that everyone is respectful of each-other i. e sometimes we start work at 6 30am and so wouldn't appreciate being woken up at 4am on a sat night ;) we would like the house to be clean and tidy at all times, although we are not "clean freaks" and will not go mad about the odd plate in the sink! all in all we're pretty easy to live / get along with and we are looking for similar like minded people. The house is within walking distance to Leamington train station and town center. It has four bedrooms, a big lounge and kitchen and a conservatory so plenty of room. It also has a nice garden.
