The £275 deposit is inclusive of all flat and personal admin fees, £185 of this is refundable at the end of tennancy.

There is also a £175 (+VAT) contract fee from the letting agent to add the new tenant onto the current contract.

The flat does not have specifically allocated parking but has ample parking in the buildings "zone". parking permit can be obtained from the council for approx £20 for 12 months.
