We have a large double room to rent in a spacious victorian terrace house spread over 3 levels. The room is the master bedroom of the house, large - with plenty of inbuilt clothes storage. It is furnished with a double bed (quite new) and side tables. There is also a single sofa, coffee table and drawers if wanted.

There is plenty of space in the rest of the house too - including 2 living rooms, separate kitchen, an upstairs toilet and down stairs bathroom inc shower, bath and toilet, as well as a laundry and workshop below.

The property has a nice south facing garden. It is a short walk from the town centre and we have a very good little local with great ales and music on the doorstep (Somerville Arms).

The rent covers all bills, wireless internet, council tax and a cleaner every 2 weeks. We have all the normal things like washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of kitchen storage space plus a separate fridge / freezer for your use. Parking is on-street if you need it. We ticked 'yes' for pets as we have been 'adopted' by a very nice cat who comes and goes.
