Small double room in a detached house just 5 minutes walk from the train station and the town center.
Furnished with a double bed a bed side table a wardrobe a chest of drawer a desk a chair and Virgin HD with your own TV. WI-FI is installed for the benefit of the house as well.
There is one toilet to share with other three housemates. A communal kitchen/living area with all the appliances and a good sized patio with a shed and a BBQ if you are lucky enough to get some sunshine.
Cleaning is included once a week for the communal areas.
We require a deposit of £200 to secure the room and a month rent in advance prior to enter the property. We charge Per Calendar Month.
