I am moving out of this property next month (which i'm very sad about as i've lived here for a few years and i have thoroughly enjoyed it). We are looking for a third person to join the house next month. We have a lovely 3 bedroom house very close to the town centre and train station in Leamington Spa. The guys are both very clean, easy going and sociable. They work hard but know how to have fun. All the rooms are double and it is quite a large double room that is available to rent. The house is furnished but the bedroom is not. Just get in touch if you'd like to arrange to view the property.
