Student Wanted/Central Leamington/£62 per week

Hi there,

Housemate wanted for the coming academic year 2013/14 at 43, Radford Road, Leamington Spa.

It's a fairly big house in a really nice quiet area, but is within 3-5 mins of a University bus stop and the bottom of the parade. The house has a communal kitchen and sitting room, and the largest garden I've ever seen at a student property. There is also a large unused driveway.

The housemates themselves are all really lovely people, made up currently of 3 girls and 1 guy. They are all a mix of Creative Writing and English third years, but we obviously would welcome any sort of degree!

Everybody in the house is sociable, likes to go out, but also enjoy nights in with a movie. You will be welcomed with open arms and be encouraged to socialise with us, but we know when to give people space and quiet.

The room is available at a bargain £62. 50 per week (£250 a month) for a house in such a prime location.

I will be back in Leamington at the start of Term 3 and the room will be available for showings from then onwards. Pictures will also be available soon. If you have any questions feel free to message me.
