We're easy-going and experienced house sharers (both ex-Leeds students, now professional family) and are looking for someone amicable and relaxed to share our house with our daughter and cat (both also incredibly easy-going).
On street parking available. Next to countryside walks yet close to all amenities. On a main bus route. Happy to consider short-term let (£125pw) and/or Mon-Fri (£420pcm). Lift to/from Leamington Spa and/or Warwick Technology Park every day also available if needed.
