2 rooms going in an attractive, spacious house.

We are looking for 2 sharers to move in to this property with us on the 20th September. I have put the deposit down but due to unforeseen circumstances, a housemate has had to pull out.

About the house: It is a lovely detached property in one of the nicer areas of Leamington (Milverton). Great access to both Leamington and Warwick. Big garden with summer house and shed, large kitchen and living room, separate study and dining room, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms.

The cost of the rooms is negotiable but split equally between 4 of us the rent is £325. The 2 currently occupied rooms are the largest so we would be willing to come down on the price for anyone interested. The house is listed as having a single room but I believe it could be a small double.

About us: I am a secondary school teacher and my friend is a manager at Warwick Castle. We are both professional and tidy and take pride in our houses. We have lived together 3 times previously so you won't have any problems with us! Although young and sociable, we will both be working hard across the tenancy, especially weekdays/evenings. Nevertheless, we are would like somebody who is willing to socialise and become 'part' of the house.
