1 room available in 3 bed house in Leamington Spa. 2 rooms to choose from, both rooms are double, choice of furnished or part furnished (wardrobe, bedside, drawers and desk). The rooms are not ensuite however you would have sole use of the bathroom as I have an ensuite, except of course if there are visitors around.
The house is very central, walking distance to town and the train station and also near Newbold Comyn. The street is very quiet and has on road parking with no permit.
I have 2 cats so you would need to be ok with living with cats.
There is a washing machine and dishwasher. I have broadband and Virgin TV.
