Comfortable room to let

I currently have a single room to let in a pleasant house in North Leamington. There is ample free parking, plus a drive. It is a ten minute walk into town, and there are frequent buses along Rugby Road. There is a resident cat, who is very independent. The house is in good decorative order, with a shaker kitchen and whirlpool bath. You will have full use of the living areas, plus garden. Ideally, I am looking a for a considerate and mature housemate who will take care of the property.
