Looking for a working professional to rent a double room (furnished - double bed, wardrobe (not shown in pictures), desk and chest of draws) in a 3 bed new house and share with myself and another house mate (we are not a couple). Our current housemate is moving out on the 6th of Jan as she is relocating. All bills included in the £550 p/m (gas, electric, water, broadband, tv licence and council tax). The house is clean and tidy and has all modern appliances and more, home cinema, boxing bag, xbox, wii, steamer, magimix, etc., You get the idea! It is an active house but not 24/7 party central! Sports interests in the house include surfing, wakeboarding, football, basketball and enjoying the weekend to its fullest with a large base of friends in Leamington. Otherwise the household is laid back and relaxed. Someone of similar ilk would suit and work well. No chatter boxes please, but no librarians either! The house has full wireless fibre optic broadband, satellite tv, garage storage and parking in a quiet brand new development with easy access to the town centre and shops (5 mins approx by car).
