2 Rooms available in nice 4 Bed House

Just off the top of the parade on Trinity Street we have a 4 bed house. 2 of the existing housemates are leaving due to moving jobs and taking the big step to move in with a girlfriend.

The rooms are partly furnished, one with en-suite, one with a bathroom to itself and the other two sharing a bathroom.

The kitchen is big with a well finished set of equipment, washer and dryer, utility room and 2 fridges.

We have a courtyard with storage outside and on street parking that doesn't require a permit.

All of the housemates work for Jaguar Land Rover and are based between Gaydon and Whitley in Coventry. We're open to considering anybody interested and would welcome breaking up the male majority with some female lodgers.

We are also open to considering moving the people in the rooms if it gets the best fit for everyone. Please message for details, rent divisions can be discussed. Bills not included.
