Double Room in 3 bed flat w/1 Male professional

Hi, I'm Alex. I'm a 31 year old professional guy. Laid back and personable. Sociable, good conversationalist and good company. Looking for a housemate who is likewise, male or female, it doesn't matter to me, just so long as you are nice, considerate and reasonably tidy (I'm no neat freak but certainly not dirty). I would consider post-graduate, mature or foreign students too. Would be happy to share cooking and grocery shopping if housemate is amenable to such an arrangement to save us both time, hassle and money.

The flat is literally seconds walk to town centre shopping and on the correct side of town to easily be able to access the railway station. Bus routes on the parade are less than 5 minutes walk away.

Currently decorating and and the room should be furnished by the end is July Likely sooner ready for a lodger (Hence no pictures right now)

The room is a good sized double room in a spacious 3 bedroom apartment.
The single room will be made into an office, which the lodger would be free to use.

There is a spacious living room, with modern through kitchen, large American style fridge freezer and a washer dryer.
There is outside storage space with two large external storage lockers.
Wireless Broadband connection with great speed and reliability as it's very close to a telephone exchange..

A months rent will be required up front as a deposit and 1 months notice required upon leaving if there is not a fixed term agreed.

Price is £500 month. Bills included

Couples and smokers considered (I smoke but won't in the house if housemate does not. If they are ok it will be confined to a smell proofed study, if ever in the house).
