The house has a communal living room, separate dining room, kitchen, downstairs toilet, shower and bathroom, cellar and also a garden complete with a decked area.
The room will be available from the 1st September due to myself moving abroad with work.
The rent is £375 pcm exclusive of bills but comes to around £450 pcm when bills are paid (council tax, water, gas, electricity and broadband).
Currently there are 3 others living in the house (2 men and one woman), ideally they would like a professional person either female or male.
