Double room in townhouse in prime location

Large double room available in a great shared house in a prime location in Leamington Spa (2 minutes walk from The Parade, 1 minute from Jefferson Gardens/river 10 minutes walk from the train station.

We're a very sociable house of young professionals (3 guys, 2 girls; aged between 24-27) who get on well, hang out and often cook meals together. The room would suit another guy/girl who would want to socialise with a fun bunch of housemates as well as nab a room in a great spot in Leamington.

The room comes with double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, and desk with drawers. It is a very large room.

There is a large communal living room with virgin cable TV. Wireless broadband is available throughout the house.

All bills/council tax are included, with a fair use allowance for gas and electricity. The landlord pays £100 per month towards gas and electricity and the tenants split the remaining charges.

There are two bath/shower rooms and three toilets at the property. Tenants enjoy the use of a living room, kitchen, conservatory and garden. The house is cleaned fortnightly by a professional cleaner.

There is external secure storage space for bicycles in the side alley. On road parking is available on a permit system.

Minimum 12 month contract, however you are free to move out at any time within the contract period if you find a replacement tenant.
