Double bedroom in North Leamington
We have a spare room in our lovely house in north Leamington.
It is a good sized double bedroom and fully furnished. There are 4 female students living here currently aged between 25 and 28.
We are all students at warwick uni and enjoy going out, being active or just watching tv and chilling out in the evenings. We are looking for a friendly, tidy person for our 5th room.
Rent is £315 per month, water bills are included in the cost, the rest of the bills aren't but they normally cost around £28 a month including internet and TV. The room is furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk.
The house is a good size, with a sitting room, garden and garage. We are in a residential area so parking is on the drive or on the road by the house.
