This is a family home, 1 teen studying for GCSE's, 1 working 18 year old during her gap year and a mature student. This is a terraced victorian house with a garden, a well equipped kitchen, family bathroom and downstairs WC and wifi. We are round the corner from all bus routes and 3 minutes from the train station. there are many local shops and cafes and the walk into town is 10 minutes. We have 2 cats and a puppy, all are very well behaved. The room has a double bed, wardrobe and a desk over looking the garden through the sash window. The room is on the back of the house so quite separate from the rest of the family. We have off road parking if required.
